Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Screening job applications based on the given criteria2. Calling selected candidates and taking tele-interviews3. Working on 1st round shortlisting of applicants4. Briefing job profiles to the candidates5. Working on final shortlisting based on assessments6. Offering training (telephonic) & necessary day to day support7. Ensuring performance & reporting daily
