ü Planning
and handling the Temperature control shipments, Dangerous Goods, Non DG and
ambient temperature shipments.ü Advance containers placements for Sea shipment, Documentation of Import.ü Having
good knowledge on handling Exports, DTA, EOU, SEZ, Third party & domestic
various kinds of forms.ü Follow-up for delayed and damage shipments and inform to customers.ü Coordinating
with various in-house departments like Business development, production,
planning, purchase, packaging, finance department, etc. for timely delivery of
orders.ü Follow
up with CHA/Forwarder to expedite the clearance process.ü Sending
the shipping documents and shipment details to customers.ü Tracking
the status of the shipments till it reaches and updating to the customers
accordingly.ü Verification
and processing the freight bills.ü Good
knowledge on shipping bill schemes and customs related activities. ü Generating
E way bills respective invoices.ü Handle Pre and Post Shipment FOB, CIF and C&F
shipment
