Alumni Database Management:-Maintain
and collate the data of all alumni database (Vikas Kendra and outreach
activities members) and categories including personal contact details and
employment information. Develop an efficient alumni Association.  2.     
Communications: – Keeping
alumni informed about new event and activities. Responding to alumni question,
concern and suggestions. Build up a strong alumni network that facilitates easy
and quick communication 3.     
 Organizes and coordinate alumni events plan
alumni activities and prepare yearly calendar specific agenda and outcomes. 4.     
Plan and execute fundraising activities for Shreyas foundation and involve alumni. Researching for
financial institutions that are willing to fund the programs and maintain
tie-ups with the alumni. 5.     
Works with other alumni
members to assure coordination and development of total alumni relations
program; recommends long and short-range goals and overall direction of alumni
programs. 6.     
Be a strong bridge
between Shreyas Foundation and Alumni networks to enhance. 7.     
Academic improvement and
establish Shreyas foundation as a global hub for educational activities. 8.     
Support for collaboration
and create support teams for Collaboration efforts. 9.     
Play an important role
for Shreyas foundation to support all educational activities and create public
awareness about the Shreyas foundation and its alumni.
