Job Description:Fluent in English, you must have strong communication skills to liaise effectively with company employees To prepare and edit print ready artwork across a range of media including leaflets, brochures, packaging, adverts, price lists, internal documentation and large format display. To produce dummies and mock-ups to a high level of finish for internal and external presentation. To work systematically to the brief and ensure that work is checked by the Design Manager before released to print production or client. Your design choices must include original concepts (not downloaded images) and you must be able to explain how and why they have been created. To be able to show and explain how the brand has been used across different media. To demonstrate a strong understanding of print processes and the use of spot colour, overprint and knockout settings. To understand and work within our brand and corporate guidelines where relevant applying our design principles and organizing elements and usability To understand the companys quality management and file management systems and employ a methodical approach to archive management and file organisation To plan and deliver high quality work on time every time To demonstrate the ability to follow industry trends in design, functionality and technology To take responsibility for your continuous personal development and learning, helping to identify objectives and opportunities for skills development and review.
