Job Description: Responsible for sales of Company' s products to directly projects Well aware of technical & amp amp commercial aspect of Company' s products Helping the customer to choose right product. Visiting project sites at the time of any mock up or field trials & amp amp for negotiation to finalize orders. Responsible for preparation & amp amp submission of techno commercial offers & amp amp negotiations with clients Be responsible for the markets & amp amp strategic accounts input to contribute to the preparation of quality business plans for the construction chemical business. Work with Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction, meet agreed targets, Complaint resolution Regular meeting & amp amp PPT presentation with clients, contractors & amp amp consultants for enlistment of Company' s products for their projects. Responsible for compilation of state wise data base of projects thus to plan movement & amp amp deployment of manpower. Responsible to achieve sales target & amp amp control over all the receivable like overdue payment & amp amp sales tax form etc. Participate in Business meetings to help give the Business team an overall idea on the market scenario, forecasts & amp amp any other market related intelligence
