Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time. Good Understanding of US Recruitment Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and 1099). Must be proficient in MS office specially MS Word to review and format resumes as per client required format, negotiate rates and submit formatted resumes to respective account manager. Possess excellent Screening Skills. Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements Excellent written, verbal &amp amp amp interpersonal communication skills. Confident in interactions with individuals of all levels and backgrounds Creating &amp amp amp maintaining effective &amp amp amp efficient database for resourcing. US Staffing - Bench Sales Requirement: Min 4 years of experience in Bench Sales in US IT Recruitment Having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new relationship with new vendors. Marketing H1B, OPT, GC, and Citizen/Bench Consultants. Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, social networking sites and share them with consultants. Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment. Excellent written, verbal &amp amp amp interpersonal communication skills. Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective consultants and get them on board through networking &amp amp amp cold calling. Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Team Leader Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
