Origin Consultants Pvt Ltda Retained Executive Search Services Company has been retained by A Leading Pharma MNC to identify an Associate Director Supply Chain Planning to be based at Mumbai

As Associate Director Supply Chain Planning your responsibilities include the following

~ Constantly define and review Planning and Customer Service strategy to support India' growth opportunity.

~ Develop close working relationships with India Human Health (HH) to foster understanding of Supply Chain process and obtain constant market events update to enable effective planning activities.

~ Responsible for escalation and establish resolution on supply issues within Supply Chain network.

~ Establish collaboration with the Hubs Planning, MMD sites, India Local Toller, Global Logistics, Quality, HH, and Regulatory to ensure process are aligned and executed.

~ Partner with HH and other key stakeholders to conduct and sustain monthly S&OP meetings.

~ Manage team on Market Planning and local tolling activities. Ensure alignment with Supply Network Planning.

~ Ensure end to end supply chain is linked between the Company and External & Internal partners and Customers.

~ Partner with other Internal and External partners to drive continuous improvement on Business Operations processes.

~ Responsible for Annual Production volume budget for India local tollers

~ Partner with RBO organization to ensure tollers perform according to agree KPIs and production commitment.

~ Establish good inventory management control that aligns with regional & global strategy.

~ Promote and support vision for Global Supply Chain Management and Asia Pacific Planning Hub.

~ Provide coaching, mentoring and establish development plans for team members.

Essential Requirement

~ Bachelor's degree or higher with 8 to 13 years of work experience in Supply Chain

~ APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable

~ Related experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or FMCG required.

~ Related experience in managing with multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces

~ Related experience in metric reporting environment

~ Experience in relationship management with tollers highly desirable

~ Green Belt certified Sigma/LEAN operational excellence experience will be a plus

~ Working knowledge of inventory, planning systems and order/purchasing systems

~ Working knowledge of planning software and system interfaces

~ Working knowledge of Microsoft based systems (Strong Excel and Access) with regard to development of reports, measurements and analyses tools.

~ Knowledge of SAP highly desirable.

~ Strong communication skill and ability to engage management staff and functional leads

~ Strong Leadership capability and People management skill to lead a team of Planners

~ Customer service focus and ability to establish good processes to serve

~ Strong analytical and presentation skills

~ Deep understanding of Business dynamics and Supply Chain Management concept
