Job Description:Sending load lists to shipping lines for advance planning of containers on vessel. Preparing job files & entries of documents in export packages & also In Excel sheets for DSR. Timely sending BL drafts to shipping lines & shippers for checking purpose. Corresponding with Overseas Agents and Shipping lines. Correspondence with overseas agents by mail. Correspondence with shipping lines for obtaining B/L Correspondence with Transporters for movement of the cargo. Correspondence with Operation peoples & colleagues for exports shipments also Handling Transportation Division. Correspondence with Transporters & Shippers for Transportation of Containers and LCL cargo. Folow up with shipping lines for Bookings ( DO) Preparing BLS, DEBIT NOTES, and CREDIT NOTES etc. Sending pre-alert documents to overseas agent.
