Job Description:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES 1 Overall responsibility of Sales activities. Business development of all the products Air freight, Ocean Freight , Customer Brokerage for Delhi Branch . 2 Leading a Sales team of 8 10 members , Supervising & monitoring Sales & performance level for ensuring Achievement of Sales Budget . 3 Attending the International bidding / RFQs within given time frame . 4 Maintain / retaining the major key accounts of branch & expanding company services . 5 Negotiating the freight rates with the overseas counterparts for the better profitability. 6 Should have good knowledge & understanding with Airlines / shipping lines . 7 Preparing and maintaining MIS reports for the reference of top management. CONTRACT /CREDIT MANAGEMENT 1. Ensuring proper contract management at the time of New Business development. 2. Closely monitoring the outstanding of the customers as per the credit period . 3. Resolving the issues with the customer related to billing etc. to avoid delay in the payments. INTERPERSONAL / IT SKILL 1. Good Communication skills, good presentation skills & team Management skills. 2. Should have good command over exel & PowerPoint for presentations. 3. Good Computer knowledge / IT skills.
