Job Description:Will be responsible for Generating new business and will have to achieve target as decided by the Management Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquirers and liaise with the operational departments as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events. Will work collaboratively with Client Service and Operations team to grow the Events business in the chosen region. Participate in marketing strategies and take responsibility for agreed projects. Identify and analyses competition both locally and regionally. Maintain efficient office procedures for productive use of associates time and ensure the maintenance of accurate and updated account files and follow-up procedures. Preparing weekly and monthly meeting plans and making monthly reports in co-ordination with the team Take personal responsibility for understanding the Marketing plan and the required budgetary guidelines, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations.

Desired Candidate ProfileMust have Event Management Industry experience of minimum of 4 years of experience.(MICE) from a reputed company. Ability to communicate and articulate thoughts and ideas concisely. Independent as well as a good team player with strong communication skills, excellent visual sense, and meticulous with an eye for detail. Excellent analytical and problem solving capability as well as attention to detail, respond well to pressure and ability to multi-task,cope with tight deadlines and Targets.

Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)
