Job Description:Market Research & Analyst : Responsible for Data analyzing and reporting , Handling all presentation and documentation , Having good exposures in market research and analyzing Retail Operations :Designing & implementing sales plans and new store concepts to generate increased sales for achievement of revenue targets. Coordinating the in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products. Identifying potential vendors / products and brands based on the market survey. Stock Management :Interfacing with suppliers for sourcing of products including analysis of pricing parameters & profit margins, to secure the best interests of the organization. Vendor Development, Vendor Management and Vendor Performance analysis on the regular basis on Sales Margins and fast moving products. Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics. Strategic Planning / Business Development: Establishing corporate goals, short and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. Product Promotion/ Brand Management : Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about company & its products. CRM/Training & Development: Determining training needs & conducting programmes to enhance efficiency in overall operations towards the accomplishment of overall corporate objectives. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes by constantly developing & implementing pre and post assessment tools. Organising and developing, or obtaining, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Assessing the viability of trainings through a combination of pre and post assessment tools. Designing and developing Target audience specific content to enhance better job performance.
