Job Description:1. To ideate, conceptualize and get innovative and practical designs generated from the team. 2. To support Business Development / Client Servicing team in presenting the ideas in their true value to the client. 3. To co-ordinate all deliverables as per the deadlines for each project 4. To train and develop the creative department to enable them to deliver creatives as per International standards. 5. To ensure the flawless and timely delivery of Catalyst strategy deliverables - including issue resolution internally and externally 6. To provide a strategic POV (client and consumer perspective) on creative, functional, and technical approach for client solutions throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. 7. To continuously monitor new technological and creative developments in the online industry and develops agency POVs for clients and colleagues that inspire actionable strategies. 8. To ensure all creatives are in sync with the brief given by client. 9. To ensure that creatives generated , assist in winning the pitches.

Desired Candidate Profile1. Strong knowledge of and interest in Events , activation and BTL Strategy . 2. Minimum of 6-8 years of Events / Strategy /new media experience, ideally in a marketing services / agency environment, prior experience in crafting marketing and business POVs 3. Strong business writing, storytelling, communication, presentation skills 4. Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team 5. Organized, accurate, and should have an attention to detail 6. Experience in managing a product roadmap related to BTL Strategy ,social features and/or applications, building a team, defining user experience, and leading innovation to improve the consumers experience. 7. Should have hands-on experience with digital and traditional communication disciplines and how it relates to brand goals (e.g. tweets, email blasts, Facebook posts, Foursquare, mobile, etc)
