Job Description:Lead the Overall Plant Operations to achieve Operational Excellence through ensuring Statutory / Legal compliances, Corporate EHS and FS compliance, Corporate control compliance, meeting the delivery committement, achieving lowest possible cost of conversion and ensuring employee engagement thru amicable industrial relations. Compliance on a. Cargill s guiding principles, b. EHS Policies c. Food Safety policies & regulatory Affairs (CFSRA) 2. Statutory & Legal compliance for plant operations & Maintaining relation with Govt officials & Responding them on timely manner. 3. Compliance of PMP/IDP s system for Plant Team 4. Overall Employee Engagement at plant. 5. S& OP Compliance in Despatches. 6. Product meeting internal Cargill Spec, Statutory regulations & Customer Specs 7. Compliance on customer audit findings and other audits at plant. 8. Implementation of Plant Operational Excellance strategy and accountable for a. Conversion Cost, b. Plant OPRER . c. Energy optimisation 9. Manning optimisation and keeping SGNA cost under budget & Putting corrective action plans in place for non-compliance. 10. Sharing MIS with relevant stake holders on overall plant activities. 11. Ensuring peaceful and amicable industrial relations with managing the Unionised environment.

Desired Candidate ProfileBasic knowledge of Edible Oil Refining 2. Basic knowledge of Indian Edibile Oil Industry 3. Basic knowledge of Statory / Legal compliance 4. Good knowledge of Cargill EHS System 5. Good knowledge of Cargill Food Safety System 6. Good understanding of BU Management systems & Other functional systems 7. Basic understanding of other Cargill Plants in India 8. Basic understanding of COE related to Edibile oil refinery 9. Good knowledge of Cargill reporting systems in EHS, FS, etc 10. Basic knowledge of TPM, TQM & Kanban systems 11. Good knowledge of Budgeting of Fixed & Variable Cost 12. Good knowledge of Project Management 13. Good Analytical skills & Root Cause Analysis 14. Good Knowledge of Plant Maintenance Systems 15. Good knowledge of Emergency Handling 16. Good skill of People Management 17. Good communication skills 18. Good presenatation skills 19. Basic knowledge of regional industries 20. Basic understanding of macro economics & Political Trends
