Job Description:Closing the entire Recruitment Cycle, Understanding Requirements, and Screening appropriate profiles. I.e. Identifying corporations and organizations in the same or related industries that might be a source of candidates. Research appropriate candidates for specific industry & clients requirement. Analyze clients recruitments requirements to achieve targets. Understanding the client s culture and industry position . Support the mapping team (which is searching for suitable & relevant data related to the industry for better & quality recruitment). Screening individuals who have the qualifying credentials, and to test their interest and willingness in the job/ requirement. Identifying potential candidates and referral sources to match the requirement. Be the mediating factor between the client and the candidate
