Job Description:1. Strategize the deployment of Operational Excellence across all functions at the site. 2.Lead the transformation from current change processes to adoption of Operational Excellence 3. Build & Communicate OE vision at the site. 4. Lead strategic implementation of Lean Sigma methodology. 5. Mentor Experts / BB s / MBB s and Site management with respect to Lean Sigma deployment

Desired Candidate ProfileThe incumbent must have atleast 12 years of experience and carry expertise in operational excellence techniques such as lean, six sigma, TPM, Kaiezen, Lean etc. The desired candidate must carry experience in deploying operational excellence in manufactruing organizations such as FMCG, Auto, Consumer Durable etc

Experience Required: 12 to 18

Education Required: (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course, Post Graduation Not Required)
