Job Description: 1. Overall in-charge of day-to-day activities for the assigned Clinical Data Management projects 2. Manage and coordinate across Data Management projects 3. Point of contact for site personnel/monitors for any issues related to data management 4. Documentation of all project related activities 5. Participate in teleconferences/meetings with Roche GMA 6. Provide technical expertise to the clinical data management team 7. Responsible for work allocation to the team 8. Perform tasks/activities as communicated by the Project Manager 9. Escalation of identified unresolved issue to the project manager on time 10. Act as a guide, coach and counsellor for the team members 11. Monitor and review manpower utilization 12. Monitor and track SLA on a project basis 13. Ensure compliance to SOPs/Regulatory requirements/project specific guidelines as applicable 14. To be prepared for external/internal audits and prepare the team members for the same 15. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement 16. Ensure team& rsquo s leave management 17. Participate in recruitment and selection of team members 18. Complete team member& rsquo s periodic appraisal cycles and evaluations on time
