Job Description:Develop deep scientific expertise in the areas of focus and lead all training and education activities related to scientific data and knowledge &ndash both internally and externally. Identify target KOLs and, working with Area Business Managers (ABMs) and National Sales Manager (NSM), develop individual plans to build and maintain strong medical relationships in the area of Endocinology to promote Company as the partner of choice. Provide scientific education to HCPs and facilitate data discussions in therapeutic areas relevant to the company&rsquo s commercial strategy. This will include provision of scientific presentations to individual physicians or groups of physicians, eg scientific seminars. Work with Medical Advisors to generate high quality product related medical presentations and education or branding materials. Work with the Area Business Managers and the National Sales Manager (NSM), to identify target KOLs and develop tactics for communicating complex scientific information to and through these healthcare professionals. Work with the NSM to prioritise business critical regions as necessary and as required by the Brand plan on a quarterly basis. In-field medical training of ABMs. identify training needs and provide training programs in field. Act as a resource for Sales team for medical and scientific questions. Keep abreast of relevant medical literature,Review companys literature alerts.Gather competitor intelligence and figure out implications and actions required..

Desired Candidate ProfileMBBS/ MD Pharmacology with min 2 years of experience especially in the capcity of Medical Advisor / CRA in top rung pharma companies/CRO. Should have good medical relations with KOL in various medical institutions wiz hospitals ,teaching & research institutes . A good coordinator with proven capability to lead and guide multifunctional team. Must have excellent presentation skills and training skills.
