Job Description:He will be responsible for +1500 Manpower/Unionized Plant Generalist HR/IR Role. He will be reporting to GM-HR(Corporate).

Desired Candidate ProfileMBA/MSW (Regular Two Years Course) from premier Institute with 12-15 Years Experience in MNCs only. He should have good exposure of handling Strike, Retrenchment ,VRS,LTA,Union handling /IR with latest HRM/OD practices.

Experience Required: 12 to 15

Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) OR (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations)
