Looking for Customer Executive in FMCG sector

Role:
Have complete responsibility for volume development and Customer Service delivery for all individual accounts through mobilizing the Distributor Sales Force.
Accountablities:
1. Selling:
-
Sell and execute all authorised products, packages and promotions
-
Solicit/sell all marketing equipment through direct or indirect channels
-
Obtain bestselling position in the account.
2. Merchandising:
-
Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation
-
Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to Pepsi-Cola Company standards.
-
Properly price product
-
Utilize point of Purchase material
3. Delivery:
-
Accounts serviced as scheduled
-
Ensure safe vehicle operation
-
Manage daily settlement and collection of Payment
-
Maintain records including route cards/book
4. Tracking Measures & Problem Solving:
-
Record accurate core work measures
-
Participate in problem solving meeting
5. Sustain and Develop Distributor/Wholesaler/C&F systems & process and sustain +ve cash flow for ensuring proper ROI.
