Job Description:1.Good Knowledge of Windows 2k3 domain 2.Hardware / Software procurement 3.Maintenance of Standard Operating Environment 4.File Security/ Management 5. User Account management 6.Perform routine scheduled processing tasks in accordance with operational guidelines such as daily backups & virus protection. 7.Perform monitoring of associated networks to ensure network uptime is maximized. 8.Maintain Voice calling quality such VOIP and Skype. 9.Detailed and accurate documentation 10.Manage company firewall and other electronic security measures, including: -Manage the day-to-day network security environment including associated monitoring, logging and reporting of associated threats -Maintain the official password register -Develop and enforce I.T system policies, including password changes, security, Internet/Email & Disaster Recover. -Maintain security systems on all firewalls, servers and desktops in accordance with company policy. 11.Administer web servers and web environment, including: -Domain name management, hosting & registration -Website(s) hosting & backups -Hosting Server management and co-ordinate with hosting support team 12.Key Skills and Qualifications -Experience with managing and training of networking applications -An ability to deliver a high standard of customer service -Clear oral and written communication skills -An ability to show initiative and work with minimal supervision -Work Timings will be from 11 am to 11 pm
