*Ability to design pixel perfect layouts based on supplied visuals

*Ability to design fully search engine optimized layouts

*Ability to designing and test on different resolutions and *browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari

*Strong knowledge of Dream Weaver, Photoshop, Flash, *JavaScript and Div based Layouts in CSS
