Job Description:Methoding of cast iron/ SG iron castings (especially multi cored) with maximum efficiency * Developing pattern design from customer drawings / samples * Gating design and creating product model using software (Magma soft, Pro-E, etc.) and material selection for patterns and core boxes etc. * Maintenance of patterns, repairing and up gradation of them to suit the process requirements * Good experience in design and development of core boxes for multi cored components using Cold box and Shell process * Developing sub-contractors and coordinating with them for new products/modification * Preparing and maintaining documentation for all the activities pertaining to the methoding practices and pattern development * Guiding the moulding team with technical expertise and innovative methods for cost saving, productivity improvement and safety * Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and modify the design, tolerances or processing methods.

Desired Candidate ProfileB.E or Diploma Metallurgy / mechanical with 10 to13 years experience in foundry quality / methoding process. Methoding, Quality, Inspection and Process control in Foundry Software exposure in methoding Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in methoding Ability to lead and motivate teams successfully Active Listening & complex problem solving Attitude to learn things quickly Good interpersonal skillsethoding
