Job Description:Exciting job in the travel, leisure & hospitality industry for result and relationship oriented Sales, marketing & Business Development professionals with specific skills in Designing, Developing and Selling Holiday Packages, both outbound and domestic . The person will be responsible to pioneer the exciting new segment of sailing holidays in India opening a totally avenue of business. Aquasail solely represents TUI Travels in India (world s largest travel company) for their outbound sailing holiday destinations. Aquasail is a world class company pioneering sailing and leisure boating in India including Outbound Holidays, Corporate MICE events, Leisure Sailing and more. Responsibilities / Key Result Areas Revenue Generation: oSell domestic sailing holiday packages and experiences for our domestic and international destinations Product Designing: oCreate and design outbound sailing holidays packages for our global sailing destinations Marketing Strategy: oCreate the sales and marketing strategies and implement the same to meet revenue targets which will be achieved through direct as well as through channel partners Channel Strategy: oSet up partnerships and tie ups for marketing and sales and ensure that product collaterals and other requirements are provided oIn addition, depending on your skills, experience and capabilities you will play a key role in liasoning with the strategic partners as well as help set up online and offline systems and frameworks relevant to the business Pricing Strategy: oYou will play a senior management role as we develop product and pricing strategy, marketing and channel strategies for this business

Desired Candidate ProfileDesired Candidate Profile 2 positions across 4 10 years of experience in the travel industry with in depth and hands on experience of outbound and domestic with a focus on outbound. A deep understanding of the travel industry, product design and a result and sales oriented approach are key Graduate or Diploma from good catering/hospitality/ tourism colleges. MBA or Tourism diploma will be given a preference High leadership and negotiation skills along with high execution capabilities is required for this role Should be innovative, resourceful with high relationship building capabilities
