Job Description:They will be dealing with calls coming from Australia and doing Reservations and ticketing. Experience must in Ticketing & Reservations. Language: English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu. Will be working on GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).Calling profile handling Inbound CS & Sales Calls to Indians in Australia. Selling and booking Air tickets, Hotel, Car, Insurance and Holiday Packages to customers. Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations. Work will be divided in 3 shifts and those who are intersted in working for shift basis are only requested to apply.

Desired Candidate ProfileAn IATA or Aviation course would be plus point.-flexible to work in shifts -Good selling skills.-Strong knowledge of all published and nett remit fares to apply to customer enquiries -Strong understanding of fare rules and airline regulations to assist agents -Previous experience in fares & ticketing -Strong analytical skills & attention to detail -Experience in CRS-Excellent time management skills -Ability to work under pressure and prioritise varying workload -High level of customer service -Ability to adapt to changing work environment and open to learning new processes & systems

Education Required: (UG - Diploma - Tourism) AND (PG - Any PG Course)
