Job Description:To ensure catering should be done on time and delay should not be due to cause of catering and communicate ETA and ETD with caterers. Give and take handover from cabin crew before departures and at the time of arrivals. Coordinate with caterers for flight departures and requirements of flight with e-mail, phone. To ensure quality of food items and temperature of beverages before upliftment in the aircraft on regular basis. Prepare In-flight sales report on daily basis and cross check with case deposited at the station and send report on daily basis to head office. If catering not done as per our SOP, send mail to concern person and catering GM, Sr. manager etc and deduction done in catering challan. Other duties as assigned from time to time. Proper meal handover given to the crew during departure & same on arrival while taking handover from crew. To ensure proper communication with regard to loads and SSR is passing on to the caterer.

Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate (Any Stream) or Hotel Management Preferably. Should have 1-3 yrs of experience in similar profile (preferably in Airlines).

Experience Required: 3 to 4

Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
