Job Description:Initiate and follow up on the policies for Employee Welfare, Wage changes and propose a strategy for managing union Take proactive actions to ensure legal compliance at all locations in the manufacturing, sales units, regional offices and sites and HO. Perform regular audits Analyse compliance report, present summary to the management and take action accordingly Propose long term wage strategy for both permanent employees and contractual people Propose strategy for managing union and create a productive environment at all locations Implement uniform Welfare in compliance with legal requirements Support local management in dealing with critical labor matters in court and authorities Accountable for all legal compliances in HO Lead people resources to ensure maximum productivity of Commercial Services employees Identify and develop talent within the HR development Department Promote achievement of the company OH& S aims and targets drive compliance to company OH& S policies, principles, procedures and practices Preferred Education: Master in Personnel Management and ER or MBA Experience 15 years experience within HR of which 10 years in Industrial environment Others Think the Business Deliver Results Energizing People Act as a Role Model Influence others without authority Knowledge of General HR Knowledge of ER Processes Knowledge of Indian Labor Laws
