Job Description:Client Mgmt 1. To facilitate teachers community to integrate ICT tools effectively 2. Guide and train teachers on the various classroom technology & products to implement School programs 3. Co-ordinate with School and teachers to create the plan for using technology in classroom. 4. Work towards customer satisfaction and customer retention Process Mgmt 1. Provide feedback to improve existing products/develop new products 2. Hand hold teachers and help them to use technology. 3. Support sales team in giving demo on subject related products 4. Contribute to Design n Delivery in content development & validating content before deployment
