Job Description:&bull This position will be reporting to Team Lead - Training &bull Training new hires on process and pre-process. &bull Analyse operational training requirement for new processes &bull Work towards continuous improvement of training &bull Conduct training follow up session. &bull Assess and monitor trainee&rsquo s progress &bull Maintain and update training material &bull Assist with development of training manuals, modules and curriculum courses

Desired Candidate Profile&bull The candidate should be currently designated as a Trainer. &bull Should be working with an insurance BPO/KPO. &bull Graduate with good academic record (55% or more in 10th, 12th and graduation) &bull Excellent written and verbal communication skills. &bull Good presentation skills. &bull Good Analytical skills

Experience Required: 3 to 6

Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization)
