Relationships management clients of MNC Bank. These relationships are primarily into sales of in house Insurance product; they sell the life Insurance policy cover to new & existing clients of Bank.

 Sales Manager Role:

 v  Will be required to manage MNC Bank’s branches

v  Will be required to do pre & post Sales of Life Insurance.

v  Attending team meeting of Bank branches & interacting with the staff of Bank

v  Ensuring productivity on monthly basis

v  Making MIS and doing sales reporting to the respective managers of Insurance Group

v  Training, Mentoring and motivating the team of Bank

Educational Qualification:               Post MBA, candidate should have at least one year
                                                experience of Banca Assurance sales

         
Work experience:                        Minimum 2 years and above in Telecom/ Pharma /
                                                Consumer Durable/ Office Automation/ Courier & Logistics/
                                                FMCG/ Industrial sales/ Paints etc

Other skills:                                Computer Proficiency is must.

Salary Structure:                         Up to 2.25 LPA (About 30k per month) plus
Rs 4000/-every month against Mobile and conveyance
