Job Description:Call Centre job involving Merchant Contact Management & Query Resolution through Voice & Non Voice Processes. Responsibility: Responsible for handling Voice (In bound & Outbound) and Non Voice ( Email & Letters ) merchant contacts. Respond to merchant queries (Technical and Non Technical) over phone, on email or letter. Follow up with respective team for closure on exceptional basis. Manage disputes. Duties are relevant to the ongoing customer management with respect to all processes.
