We have tie ups with PSU banks in Jaipur, Jodhpur & Ajmer. These banks are primarily into sales of Education loan and Home loan; we have an agreement with them for selling the credit life cover of MNC Life Insurance Company with the loan. BSM will be required to increase sales of credit life cover to the HL & EL customers of the Banks.

BSM Role:

Generating business of credit life cover from the Home Loan and Education Loan customers of PSUs banks

Telephonic/ personal interaction with loan officers, BMs of Banks for business mobilization and ensuring maximum conversions of credit life covers from their branches

Handle/resolve queries from relationships efficiently on daily basis

Preparing/collating weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the relationships for submission to concerned personnel

Regular tracking of pending documents and ensuring complete conversion.

Preparing reports/sharing of conversion results with Manager on weekly basis.

Effectively coordinate with all concerned at Insurance Company and relationships for settling claims in a timely manner as and when required

Own Conveyance is MUST

CTC can be offered between 2.0- 2.25 Lacs plus fixed reimbursements of 3500/- per month

Desired Profile:

Education qualification: Minimum Graduate or C/D grade MBA

     Work experience: Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in Telecom / Pharma /
          Consumer Durable / Office Automation / Courier & Logistics / FMCG / Industrial sales
          / Paints etc

Language skills: Fluency in English & Hindi.

Must have a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler

      Will be based in Jaipur branch but will be required to travel in adjoining areas
      Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of MS office (Word, excel, power point)
