Job Description:Sourcing specialist will be fully involved into Sourcing & Internal Recruitment functions. He/she will search resumes for SharePoint, Exchange, and Iphone & Documentum Consultants as per the give criteria. He/she will send sourced resumes to the recruiters accordingly to the technology they are working on daily basis. Requirements: Well-versed with sourcing in individual job boards like Careerbuilder, Monster & Dice. Specializes in developing and implementing job board specific combination of Boolean search/ keyword search strings. Understanding job requirement specifications. Able to extract maximum number of candidates in less time, with minimal resume views. Able to work closely with IT Recruiters to understand overall needs and requirements. Able to handle sourcing workloads to accommodate the priority pipeline. Should follow strict timelines & targets. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience required. Proficient in Windows environment including MS Office and the internet.
