· Responsible for Store management functions such as FIFO, Inventory control and management
· Identification and traceability of items in stores.
· Maintaining Stock Ledger
· Maintaining Minimum Stocks,
· Updation of procurement records in the software
· Review purchase order claims
· Responsible for cost reductions through negotiations, and development of new vendors.
· Responsible for inventory cost reduction.
· Knowledge of inventory turn ratio.
· Keeping the accounts updated using tally software
· Record prices in the log book
· Manage cash and change on a daily basis
· Operate the cash register
· Reporting cash receipts and balances
· Make deposits to the bank on a regular basis
· Maintain a manual general ledger
· Print and record receipts
· Reconcile bank statements on a weekly basis
· Collect receivables
· Perform other related duties as required
