Job Description:Title : Senior Recruiter Location : Delhi/NOIDA/NCR Compensation : Base+Bonus (highly competitive) Role & Responsibilities : Review requisitions position specifications and conduct research to identify suitable candidates. Sourcing, candidate management. Internet search & sourcing techniques, online recruiting portals Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of various technologies Responsible for generation of active and passive candidates from job portals, networking sites, contact lists and internal databases Responsible for Candidate management that includes validation of interest, availability, work authorization, compensation, technical fitment and qualifications Coordinates interview schedules, if required conducting screening on all external candidates for specific designated roles Tracking candidate applications and sourcing via use of the online recruitment tracking system Competencies : Strong skills in using and exhausting social networks, job boards such as Careerbuilder and Dice Experience and understanding of US recruitment practices and culture In-depth understanding of the IT industry and experience in recruiting IT/ candidates. Strong Written, verbal and presentation skills. Extensive existing contact network within the US IT industry Experience and Education : Bachelor Degree and work experience with 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in US market Expertise in recruiting a variety of roles and disciplines. Expertise in candidate engagement Knowledge of hiring though job boards and Social Media Experience working with Applicant Tracking System such as PCRecruiter Ability to solve problems independently and deliver results in an ever changing environment. Strong communication skills. Quality and process driven in assignment delivery. Excellent time and work load management skills ability to prioritize. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
