Job Description:Central Operations team is responsible for managing entire operations and client management for staffing business vertical. An End-to-end operations management of HR administration, regulatory/legal/statutory compliance and complex salary & Benefits (payroll process) PAN India for the contract employees deputed at client locations - Short & Long Term. Job Summary: This job is responsible for leading a diverse team of 200+ people across locations taking care of varied functions from location support to project management to on-site management to compliance adherence apart from core activity of payroll process and associate onboarding. The role requirement is to strategize and manage the entire operational efforts to ensure all our stake holders are satisfied. The role will be responsible for the performance management of the entire team across the country to groom them into future leaders. Ensuring 100% compliance to the processes and a strong adherence reporting timelines is a key deliverable for this profile. Primary responsibility: Increase profitability through operational excellence and relationship management Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership to develop performance management culture 2. Encourage innovation and creativity and at the same time institutionalize processes and systems to ensure compliance to processes and procedures thus increasing customer satisfaction Drive key decision making process pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution 3. Strategy driver responsible to develop & encouraging the team towards customer service strategy to increase customer satisfaction, retention, increase associates paid on time and positive word of mouth and reduce non-payment Mentor teams to redesign / re-engineering processes & their approach towards radical Innovation thinking about game changing models that bring us closer to our small contractor competitors who provide customized services Drive process improvements by using quality tools and impeccable integrity towards work Leads or partners on organizational projects or initiatives that impact the operations Optimizes the existing resources to ensure business gains and supporting in creating process and work environment that minimizing total operating expense and maximize production Attend all Business Reviews and own action plans 4. Leadership to inculcate operational rigor ensuring a high level of SLA achievement and client service orientation 5. Breakthrough results: Meets or exceed business goals clients performance parameters (Productivity, Quality & Turnaround time) Responsible for day-to-day operational management and personal development of his/her team to achieve organizational goals & adherence to companys / clients policies 6. 7. Manage not only customized complex payroll process in line with specific labour laws & guidelines, but also inbound/outbound client servicing, collections, service support, and fundamental compliance supporting the business 8. Regular review of operations performance, financial performance and attrition and leading the development and execution of action plans Developing and guiding team to inculcate inter & intra department networking and coordination skills at all levels to ensure 9. Establish and maintain a personal relationship with clients with capability to influence decision-making at the client end 13. Revenue and profitability Alignment of operations capability to meet and exceed set operational expectations and deliverables in a cost efficient manner Driving and controlling operational effectiveness resulting in associates salaries are released as per client agreed timelines Organization development - values based organization with management capability Finding breakthrough solutions for attrition control and employee satisfaction 8-10 years of work experience out of which at least the last 3 years in a Manager / Sr. Manager position Experience in the Manpower/Staffing/Financial/HR services sector Exposure to handling dynamic customer services environment 4. Experience of managing large operations at a Manager/Sr. Manager level essential, BPO or Staffing industry experience preferred Need to have payroll operations or similar business experience for last 3 years 5. Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent Skills and Competencies: A balance of technical, business and leadership skills. Desired Candidate Profilegraduate with 8-10 years of experience in hr services, payroll, operation. Should be in a sr managerial desgination from last 3 years. Should have excellent comm skill, interpersonal skill, client managemnt skill. People from staffing or BPO industry prefered.

Experience Required: 8 to 13

Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
