• Graduates/Under Graduates In Arts/Commerce/Science Or Government Recognized Diploma (12 +3) In Hospitality Management Such As Travel & Tourism, Hotels, and Interior.

• Operating Knowledge Of MS Office 2000, typing speed – 35+ WPM

• Measures Target Achievements, Skills And Behaviour At Work

• 1-2yrs experience In Financial / Service Industry. Preferable - international call-centre experience on a transaction based process in the Insurance/Healthcare/Financial services industry vertical.

• Customer Orientation, Service Orientation, Empathy And Willingness To Learn And Conscientiousness, Team Player

• Ability To Work In A Team, Willing To Take Lead, Ready To Assist And Share Knowledge With Others

• Willingness To Change And Perform Under Pressure. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 work environment
