-Minimum of 2.5 -4 years experience in the IT staffing/consulting recruiting industry
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Competitive, energetic and motivated IT recruiting professional
-Oracle applications & SAP modules experience must

Desired Candidate Profile-Exceeding quotas and staffing expectations
-Submitting prospective consultants/solutions to clients
-Should have knowledge of W2/Corp-Corp and 1099 principles.
-Understanding today's IT industry, products, and services
