Job Description:
- Should have experience in Automotive or any reputed Engineering Industry
- SAP knowledge is desirable

Desired Candidate Profile
Handling Indirect Taxes functions such as :

- Import licensing ( Advance License, DEPB (Duty Entitlement Pass Book), EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods), SFI (Served From India), FMS (Focus Market Scheme) etc)

- Representation to Delhi on specific matters of SION (Standard Input Output Norms), DEPB fixation, Specific Import license , EOU & SEZ matters etc.

- Customs clearance from all port of India and knowledge on Customs Valuation, Re-exports., Refunds, Preparing Appeals etc.

- Knowledge on Central Excise (Cenvat, Valuation Rules, Export documentation, monthly & yearly returns etc.,) Service tax and VAT will be considered an added advantage

Experience Required: 8 - 11 Years

Education Required: UG - LLB - Law PG - CA
